I've spent over ten years keeping every plate spinning.

Work. Family. Friends. Extended family.

The lists that never end. And underneath all of it, the internet, humming, always asking for one more thing.

For a long time I thought that was just what being an adult meant. If I was tired, I hadn't managed my time well enough. Rest was something you earned after you'd proven you deserved it. Wanting less meant you were giving up.

​

Late last year, something shifted. I was scrolling one night and I just stopped.

Nothing was catching me. Every account felt like a pitch. Every post felt like someone reaching for my attention, or my money, or my time, and calling it connection.

​

I thought: I have finite time and finite resources, and I'm done spending them on this.

​

That moment didn't fix anything. But it was the first honest thing I'd done in a while.

​

So I built this.

​

Not a brand. Not a business plan. A place to think out loud with other women somewhere in the same in-between, after the hustle, before whatever comes next.

​

Women who are done being sold to and done pretending the noise doesn't bother them.

​

I make journals, essays, and quiet tools for that space. Not to make you more productive, or more optimized, or some better version of yourself. Just somewhere to land.

​

You don't need my permission to slow down. But if it helps to know someone else is in it too, doing the same messy, uncertain, quiet work, I'm here.
