At Drewett and Co, we offer both digital products and physical products. Our shipping and delivery methods vary depending on the type of product you purchase.

 

Digital Products

 

Instant Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment and order confirmation. There is no physical shipping involved.

 

How You'll Receive Digital Products

Once your order is complete, you will receive:

  • Immediate download link on the order confirmation page

  • Email confirmation with download link(s) sent to the email address provided at checkout

  • Account access (if you created an account) where you can view and download your purchases at any time

 

Download Instructions

  • Download links are typically valid for 90 days from the date of purchase

  • You can download your digital products unlimited times within the valid period

  • If your download link expires or you experience technical difficulties, contact us at info@drewettandco.com  and we will resend the link.

 

Delivery Timeframe

Most digital products are available for download immediately. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 hours due to payment processing or system delays.

 

If you have not received your digital product within 2 hours of purchase, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk email folder

  2. Verify the email address you provided at checkout is correct

  3. Contact us at info@drewettandco.com with your order number

 

No Shipping Costs

Digital products have no shipping costs as they are delivered electronically.

 

Physical Products

Our physical products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party partner. We do not handle, store, or ship these items directly.

Because these items are produced and shipped by a third party:

  • Shipping times may vary based on product type and destination

  • We have limited control over production and shipping timelines

  • Tracking information will be provided by the fulfillment partner

 

Production Time

Items are made to order. Production typically takes:

  • 2-5 business days for most items

  • 5-7 business days for complex or custom items

Production time begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Production times do not include shipping time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship physical products to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping for physical items at this time.

If you need shipping to a location outside the United States, please contact us at info@drewettandco.com to discuss options.

 

Shipping Methods and Times

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method you select at checkout and your delivery location. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production is complete

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days after production is complete

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

 

For example, if production takes 3 business days and you select standard shipping (7 business days), your total delivery time would be approximately 10 business days from order placement.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for physical products are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Shipping method selected

Shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

Order Tracking

Once your physical item has been produced and shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking information

  • Tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status

  • Carrier information (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

 

You can track your order using the tracking number provided through the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • High order volume or seasonal demand

  • Production delays by the fulfillment partner

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Customs delays (if applicable)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party fulfillment partners or shipping carriers. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@drewettandco.com and we will work with the fulfillment partner to investigate.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your physical item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@drewettandco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  2. Provide your order number and description of the issue

  3. Include photos if the item arrived damaged

 

We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Important: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Providing a secure delivery location at checkout

  • Adding delivery instructions for the carrier

  • Using a business address or alternative secure location if package theft is a concern

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you provided an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately at info@drewettandco.com

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute the package

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees for re-shipment.

 

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Contact us immediately at info@drewettandco.com with your order number and new address

  • We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been sent to production

  • Once production has started, address changes cannot be made

 

Mixed Orders (Digital + Physical Products)

If your order contains both digital and physical products:

  • Digital products will be delivered immediately upon purchase

  • Physical products will be shipped separately according to the fulfillment timeline

  • You will receive separate confirmations for digital delivery and physical shipment
